Our Story

Yami Tamales was born from a passion for authentic Cuban cuisine and a desire to share our family's treasured recipes with our Texas community.

Every tamale we make is a labor of love, crafted using the same techniques and recipes that our abuela taught us in her Havana kitchen decades ago.
